Can't Bear To Watch? Nissan Leaf Ad Upsets Naysayers



Let me just start by saying that I like this commercial.  I think it's cute and sweet in a corny kind of way.  I immediately got the point that Nissan was trying to make:  love the environment and it will love you back.
Some think the ad is too preachy....I'd love to know what you think.

Ah, well I'm officially a wuss because I watched it and it made me cry when the polar bear hugged the man! I find the images of the polar bears floating away on tiny islands of ice gets to me, but we mustn't protect ourselves too much from the harsh realities of what are happening otherwise where is our motivation to change?

What are people who are 'against the ad' criticising it for?
